These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DentConsult platform and application (the "Service"), operated by DentConsult. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DentConsult is a platform that connects dental clinics ("Clinics") with dental consultants ("Consultants") to request, accept, and carry out professional dental consultations. DentConsult is a facilitator and is not a party to the professional services provided between Clinics and Consultants.

2. Eligibility

You must be a qualified dental professional or an authorised representative of a dental clinic, and at least 18 years old, to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Consultations and Payments

• Clinics pay the agreed consultation fee through the Service using our payment partner (Razorpay).
• DentConsult charges a platform fee (currently 1% of the consultation amount), which is deducted from the Consultant's share. The remaining amount is paid out to the Consultant.
• Consultants must complete the required verification (KYC) with our payment partner before they can receive payouts.

5. Professional Responsibility

Consultants are solely responsible for the professional advice and services they provide. Clinics are responsible for verifying that any advice is appropriate for their patients. DentConsult does not provide dental or medical advice and is not liable for the professional services exchanged between users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by providing false information, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentConsult is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from the professional services exchanged between users.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Palnadu District, Andhra Pradesh.
