This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for consultations booked and paid for through the DentConsult platform (the "Service").
When a Clinic pays for a consultation, the amount is collected through our payment partner (Razorpay). DentConsult retains a platform fee (currently 1%), and the remaining amount is paid out to the Consultant who provides the service.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of payment. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you believe a consultation was not delivered as agreed, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the relevant details. We will review the matter in good faith and respond with a resolution.
