1. Introduction Welcome to DentConsult! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our mobile application (“App”) and services. By using our App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using DentConsult.

2. Eligibility

· Clinicians must provide accurate professional details for verification.

· We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

· Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

· It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

· Sharing login details or allowing unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

· DentConsult is not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from negligence.

4. Acceptable Use Policy Users must not:

· Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

· Provide false or misleading information about their identity or professional status.

· Post, share, or transmit any offensive, harmful, or defamatory content.

· Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the functionality of the App.

· Engage in discrimination, harassment, or abuse against other users.

5. Services Offered DentConsult serves as a platform connecting dental clinicians and consultants. The services include but are not limited to:

· Allowing clinicians to post consultant hiring opportunities.

· Enabling consultants to apply for and accept assignments.

· Facilitating secure communication between users.

· Providing relevant analytics and insights.

DentConsult does not provide medical or dental advice. All professional interactions and services between users are their sole responsibility.

6. Payments & Refunds

· Payments (if applicable) are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.

· DentConsult does not store or process payment details directly.

· Refund policies (if applicable) will be communicated within the App.

· Any disputes related to payments must be addressed directly with the payment service provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

· DentConsult acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for any medical or professional disputes arising between users.

· We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legitimacy of any information provided by users.

· To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentConsult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination of Services We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:

· You violate any provisions of these Terms.

· Your conduct is deemed harmful or disruptive to other users.

· You provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

· We are required to do so by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
